Answers to Common Questions
We Welcome Questions About Your Project
Where should we direct attention first?
Begin by looking at where a potential client loses confidence or cannot reach you. Some firms need to be more visible in search; others already attract visitors but present their services poorly. Still others need better follow-through from a working site. During an initial conversation we consider those points in context and recommend a sensible first engagement. It may be one clearly defined project rather than a broad program.
Must I choose a service package?
Not at all. We can take on a single redesign or another defined assignment without requiring additional services.
Will you improve an existing website?
Yes. We first assess the existing site and identify the changes that merit attention. In many cases, careful improvements are preferable to commissioning a replacement.
How will we evaluate the outcome?
We make performance visible through reporting suited to the engagement. A site project is assessed through visits and inquiries; SEO through rankings and traffic; marketing through spending and the response it produces. If the evidence suggests a different course, we discuss it rather than continuing unchanged.
